Yami Gautam’s Nayyi Navelli Crosses ₹10 Crore Worldwide in Two Days
Yami Gautam’s horror-comedy Nayyi Navelli has crossed ₹10 crore in worldwide box office collections within its first two days in theatres. The film recorded an improvement in domestic earnings on its second day, helping it reach a reported worldwide gross of ₹10.13 crore.
The film, which opened in cinemas on October 16, has shown a rise in collections after its first day, according to early box office estimates.
Second-Day Collection Sees a 23% Jump
Nayyi Navelli earned an estimated ₹4 crore net in India on its second day, compared with ₹3.25 crore on opening day. This represents an increase of around 23.1%.
With these earnings, the film’s total domestic net collection reached ₹7.25 crore, while its India gross stood at ₹8.63 crore. Overseas markets contributed a reported ₹1.50 crore in gross collections over the first two days.
The figures are estimates and may be revised as more complete box office data becomes available.
Theatre Occupancy Improves
The film also recorded improved theatre occupancy on its second day. Overall occupancy reportedly rose to 14%, compared with 11% on opening day, with evening and night shows registering stronger attendance than morning screenings.
The increase suggests that the film attracted more viewers as its opening weekend progressed.
