The Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has introduced a four-day, three-night itinerary called Dev Deepawali: Divya Kashi Anubhav under the state’s “Visit My State” campaign.
Dev Deepawali will be celebrated on November 24, 2026. The package is designed to help visitors experience the illuminated ghats while exploring more of Kashi’s spiritual and cultural heritage.

Plan Your Dev Deepawali Visit
Dev Deepawali is known for the thousands of earthen lamps that illuminate Varanasi’s ghats along the Ganga. The new itinerary brings together the festival, temple visits and heritage sightseeing in one planned trip, making it an option for visitors who want to explore beyond the main celebration.
