The upcoming romantic comedy anime Ms. Isshiki Wants to Know About Love has unveiled its main promotional trailer, along with details of its opening theme song.
Cosplayer and performer Enako will sing the opening track and also join the voice cast as Nene, a nurse working at a police infirmary. The anime is based on Ayune Araragi’s manga and is scheduled to premiere in January 2027.
Enako Joins the Voice Cast
The newly released trailer previews the opening song, titled Gō Yoku Koi wo Seisu!?, performed by Enako. The video also introduces the voices of previously announced cast members.
January 2027 Premiere
The series is directed by Kazuya Komai at Sakura Create, with Deko Akao handling series composition. The anime is set to air on AT-X, Kansai TV, Tokyo MX and other Japanese television channels.
