Actress Sharvari recently shared a special moment with Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit, dancing together to the title track of her upcoming film Yeh Prem Mol Liya. The video has attracted attention for bringing together two actresses from different generations of Hindi cinema.
Sharvari, who considers Madhuri one of her idols, expressed her happiness at getting the opportunity to dance alongside the veteran performer.
Sharvari Calls Dancing With Madhuri a Dream Moment
In the video shared on social media, Sharvari begins dancing to the film’s title track before Madhuri joins her. The two perform a few steps together, and the clip ends with Sharvari bowing respectfully before embracing the senior actress.
Sharvari described the experience as surreal and special. She also praised Madhuri as one of the original leading ladies associated with filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya’s Rajshri cinema, expressing gratitude for the affection she received from the celebrated actress.
A Connection With Rajshri Cinema’s Legacy
Madhuri Dixit’s association with Sooraj Barjatya is particularly remembered for the 1994 blockbuster Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, in which she starred opposite Salman Khan. The film became widely recognised for its memorable music, dance sequences and family celebrations.
Sharvari’s upcoming project creates a new connection with that cinematic tradition. Her dance with Madhuri offers a nostalgic moment for longtime fans while introducing younger audiences to the legacy associated with Rajshri’s family entertainers.
What to Know About Yeh Prem Mol Liya
Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, Yeh Prem Mol Liya stars Ayushmann Khurrana opposite Sharvari. The film is described as a musical family entertainer, with music composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
The supporting cast includes Anupam Kher, Supriya Pathak, Seema Pahwa, Saumya Tandon, Shaad Randhawa and Swanand Kirkire. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on November 27, 2026.
Building Excitement Through Music
The dance video arrives as the makers continue promoting the film through its music. Another track, Jhumka Patola, featuring vocals by Shreya Ghoshal, was released earlier as part of the film’s musical campaign.
With Sharvari sharing the screen with an actress she has long admired, the latest video has added a personal touch to the film’s promotions. It also highlights how music and dance continue to connect different generations of Bollywood performers.
