Fans of Yu-Gi-Oh! will have an opportunity to explore the original artwork of creator Kazuki Takahashi at the upcoming Kazuki Takahashi Original Art Exhibition: YU-GI-OH! ART WORKS. The exhibition will take place at CREATIVE MUSEUM TOKYO from December 12, 2026, to February 21, 2027.
The event will feature original artwork, a special animated video revisiting a memorable duel between Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba, an official exhibition catalog, exclusive merchandise and a limited-time themed café.
One of the main attractions will be a roughly three-minute video recreating the final turn of the Yugi vs. Kaiba match from the Battle City arc, featuring newly recorded dialogue from the characters’ Japanese voice actors.
New Yu-Gi-Oh! Video Revisits Yugi vs. Kaiba Duel
The exhibition will present a special video titled Special Video —As Friends!!—, created specifically for YU-GI-OH! ART WORKS.
Based on Takahashi’s original drawings and colouring, the video will bring the characters to life while using computer-generated imagery to depict the monsters in dynamic battle sequences.
The approximately three-minute presentation will recreate the decisive final turn of the Yugi Muto versus Seto Kaiba duel from the final tournament of the Battle City arc.
A key moment will feature Dark Paladin facing Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, revisiting one of the series’ memorable rivalries.

Shunsuke Kazama and Kenjiro Tsuda Record New Dialogue
The special video will feature fresh voice recordings from two familiar members of the Japanese voice cast.
Shunsuke Kazama has recorded new dialogue as Yugi Muto, while Kenjiro Tsuda returns as Seto Kaiba with newly recorded lines.
The video is being created to mark the exhibition, although it may also become available through events, streaming platforms, websites or other media after the exhibition ends.

Official Exhibition Catalog Details
An official catalog will also be released alongside the exhibition. The 168-page publication will include reproductions of original manuscripts displayed at the venue, as well as selected scenes from Special Video —As Friends!!—.
The catalog will feature a special interview with Kazama and Tsuda, in which the two actors discuss Yu-Gi-Oh! and Kazuki Takahashi.
The publication will cost 2,860 yen, including tax, and will be presented in landscape A4 format, measuring approximately 210 mm × 297 mm.

Themed Café and Exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh! Merchandise
