In India, the iPhone 18 Pro is currently showing an estimated delivery window of September 29 to October 6 on Apple’s online store. The iPhone 18 Pro Max has an even later timeline, with deliveries expected between October 6 and October 11.
The smartphones opened for pre-orders on September 12 following their unveiling at Apple’s ‘Surprise and Shine’ event last week. However, the latest delivery estimates suggest that demand for some models, colours and storage configurations has already pushed delivery dates beyond the official retail launch.
iPhone 18 Pro delivery timeline in India
Apple’s India online store currently estimates that new orders for the iPhone 18 Pro will arrive between September 29 and October 6. The same delivery window is displayed across the available colour and storage combinations.
As a result, customers ordering the smartphone now may not receive it on September 18, the official retail availability date. The actual delivery date can vary depending on the buyer’s location and Apple’s final shipping schedule, with some orders potentially arriving in October.
Customers who completed their pre-orders earlier in September are still expected to receive their handsets from September 18. Apple Stores are also expected to have the first available stock from the same date.
iPhone 18 Pro Max delivery estimates
The iPhone 18 Pro Max is currently showing a longer waiting period in India. Apple’s online store lists an estimated delivery window of October 6 to October 11 for the larger Pro model.
The timeline is currently applicable to the listed colour and storage configurations. Customers ordering the iPhone 18 Pro Max now could therefore receive their devices several weeks after the September 18 retail launch.

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip and come with 12GB of RAM. The iPhone 18 Pro features a 6.3-inch LTPO Super Retina XDR display, while the Pro Max gets a larger 6.9-inch LTPO Super Retina XDR screen.
For photography, both models feature a 48MP Fusion Main camera and a 48MP Ultra Wide Camera. They also include an 18MP front camera with Center Stage.
