Japanese rock band SiM has released the official music video for “DALALA”, the opening theme of the television anime Tank Chair. The video combines live-action footage with animated sequences, bringing together music and anime-inspired visuals.
Original Manga Creator Contributes to the Video
One of the notable features of the music video is the involvement of Manabu Yashiro, the original creator of the Tank Chair manga. He contributed character designs for the animated portions, giving the video a visual connection to the original series.
The video presents a dramatic, post-apocalyptic city atmosphere that complements the anime’s distinctive visual identity.
DALALA Featured on SiM’s Latest Album
The song is included in SiM’s seventh full-length album, HOOMAN AFTER ALL, which features 12 tracks. The physical album release includes CD and vinyl editions, along with a special limited-edition collection.
More Anime Music Projects
SiM has previously contributed music to several well-known anime productions, including Attack on Titan: The Final Season and Kengan Ashura.
With the release of the “DALALA” music video, the band is bringing additional attention to Tank Chair and its energetic opening theme.
