Airline Introduces an Updated Travel Experience
Saudi Arabia’s national airline, Saudia, has presented its new Premium Economy cabin at World Travel Market 2026 in London. The upgraded cabin is part of the airline’s wider fleet modernisation programme, aimed at improving the passenger experience.
New Cabin Planned for 2027
The new Premium Economy seating is scheduled to enter service in 2027 as part of Saudia’s “New Saudia Experience” initiative. The programme includes cabin refurbishment and improvements to the airline’s onboard offering.
Premium Economy is designed to provide an option between standard Economy and Business Class, giving travellers another choice when booking longer journeys.
Focus on Airline Modernisation
The unveiling reflects Saudia’s efforts to update its aircraft interiors and strengthen its position in the international travel market. The airline has not yet published all operational details of the new cabin, including the aircraft and routes that will receive it first.
