Anime film BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora is introducing special cheer-along screenings at participating cinemas across Japan from October 30, 2026. The arrangement will allow audiences to react and cheer during the movie rather than watching in complete silence.
Fans Can Cheer and Clap During Screenings
Under the special screening format, viewers can cheer, shout out and clap along with the film. Fans are also allowed to bring support items such as towels, hand fans and penlights, provided they follow the cinema’s rules.
Ticket Price Set at 1,900 Yen
Tickets for the cheer-along screenings are priced at a flat 1,900 yen. Advance Mubichike tickets can also be used, while ticket sales will follow the schedule of each participating cinema.
Not every cinema showing the film will offer the special format, so screening availability may differ by location and date.
Regular Movie Experience Remains the Same
The film itself will not be changed for the cheer-along sessions, and no cast members are scheduled to appear. Cinemas have also set rules to ensure that audience participation does not disturb other viewers. Items such as whistles and party poppers are prohibited.
The initiative gives BanG Dream! fans in Japan another way to enjoy the film together in theatres.
